Class Descriptions

Spin: Luke

Boost your cardio and sweat it out with this fun, calorie burning cycle class! Specially designed stationary bikes (or you can bring your own to set up on a trainer) allow you to get the proper fit as you learn tips and techniques to make you the strongest rider you can be! Appropriate for most fitness levels.

Ski Conditioning : Liz

A sport specific exercise class that builds strength, endurance, and stability to have you skiing stronger than ever before! Core work, leg work, and endurance training combined in a 45 minute workout that will have you ready to hit the slopes before the first snow falls!

Cardio Circuit: Heather

Focusing on muscle toning, improving strength and balance, and increasing kinesthetic awareness is the goal of this class. Medicine balls, tubing, and other equipment are used along with athletic body movements. Make exercise fun again! Appropriate for most fitness levels.

Slow Flow Yoga: Dean

This class emphasizes the wave like movements of the spine by weaving the breath with the Asanas (poses) into a slow vinyasa flow.  By using movement to increase circulation before transitioning from basic foundation poses to more challenging versions of the poses, participants are able to practice to suit their individual needs for developing flexibility, strength, and endurance. 

Total Body: Erika

Are you ready for our newest class at Balance Point? Cardio combined with all over muscle toning moves so you can gat in, work out, and leave feeling balanced and satisfied. Join Erika in this fun class that will efficiently and effectively work you head to toe!

Life Movements: Erika/ Liz

A low impact cardio, strength training and flexibility class designed for the aging adult, 60+. The class is designed with the thought of teaching sound movement in everyday life. Uses light weights, and physio-ball work exercises.

Balance & Strength: Liz

A low impact class for anyone who wants to improve their balance and stability in a fun group setting. Challenge yourself as you step, squat, bend, twist, lift, reach, flex, turn, lunge, and stretch your way to a body that is stronger and more stable than ever before. 

Zumba: Joy

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms from styles like Merengue, Salsa, and Cumbia with easy to follow moves, creating a dynamic fitness program. Routines mix interval training using fast and slow Latin rhythms with resistance and coordination training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Achieve long term benefits while having an absolute blast!

BASIC Fitness: Liz

Be Active Sitting In Chairs! This new class is designed for those who are looking to increase their fitness level without the stress of a standard exercise class. Work on safely increasing your strength, cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and flexibility all from sitting in a chair!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Victoria
