Strength Training 101

Weight training is an important part of overall health and fitness. Join us for a new class designed to show you a safe and effective way to strengthen your muscles, bones, and get the most out of your workouts!

Mondays and Wednesdays 5:00 - 5:50 pm

4 Weeks  *  March 8 - March 31st

$60.00 for members   $70.00 for non-members

 
  • Lose weight! Muscle burns more than twice the calories of fat
  •  Strengthen bones and help prevent osteoporosis.
  • Improve coordination and balance, and help avoid injuries. 
  •  Improve your physical appearance and performance.

 
Class size is limited to 10 so call and sign up today!
(if there  is a high interest in the class, we will add the option of a  morning class Monday and Wednesday 6:30 - 7:20 am)

KEEPING UP-TO-DATE

At Mount Stuart, we believe strongly in keeping informed about the latest treatment approaches, techniques, and research. 

To that end, our therapists frequently receive additional training throughout the year.

  • ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT OF ATHLETIC LOWER EXTREMITY INJURIES

The 7th annual salmon run has spawned out,  complete with  a

twist to the previous course, and greeted with the best weather

yet!
