Whole foods - the secret to optimal health

Balance Point is proud to host Lynn Chadd, ARNP, for a 2-part presentation reviewing nutrition. Specifically, why a whole-foods, plant-based diet is best for our bodies. Topics include Blood sugar metabolism, Diet-related Diseases, and the Stress Connection. Fats, carbohydrates, and protein will be discussed, along with tips for label reading, eating out, exercise, vitamins and supplements.

Seminars will start at 6 p.m. at Balance Point Health and Fitness
